People Solutions are currently recruiting for a Caretaker to join our well-established client based in Swindon, Wiltshire.

Day to Day Duties
As a Caretaker your duties will be, but not limited to:
- Ensure both internal and external areas of the building are kept clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
- Carry out routine cleaning, sweeping, and general upkeep of the premises
- Perform minor maintenance tasks to uphold the functionality and safety of the site.
- Oversee waste management, including the organisation and timely disposal of recycling bins.
- Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks such as gritting in winter and maintaining the gardens in warmer months.
- Complete regular safety and maintenance checks to ensure a safe environment.
- Coordinate service contracts and liaise with contractors for scheduled maintenance and repairs.
Essential Skills
Skills needed to be a Caretaker with our client are:
- Basic level of English
- Reliable and punctual
- Communication Skills
Desirable Experience
Desirable experience needed to be a Caretaker with our client is:
- Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage
Training
- Industry related training and ongoing support throughout
