Our client is seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Cleaner to join their team in Swindon on a Part-Time Basis. This part-time position offers 15 hours per week of work on Mondays and Fridays. You will be looking after one of our clients Estates. The starting salary will be 9,828 (24,243 full time equivalent) depending on experience.
Our client is seeking a dedicated Caretaker/Cleaner to join their team in Swindon. This part-time position offers 15 hours per week of work on Mondays and Fridays. You will be looking after one of our clients Estates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Internal cleaning of communal areas
- Maintaining cleanliness of stairwells and bin areas
- Managing storage areas
- Responding to tenant and prospective tenant inquiries, referring to the relevant Housing Officer as needed
Required Skills and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role with public interaction
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks using appropriate equipment
- Self-motivated and able to prioritize tasks
- Willingness to undertake training as required
