Our esteemed client are a niche recruitment agency based in Wiltshire.

They currently have clients throughout the UK, Europe & USA and service these from their office in Swindon. (Must have own transport due to location)

The Role of the Business Development Consultant;

As a Business Development Consultant you will focus on "opening doors", you will do this by identifying and engaging the appropriate business leaders, and gain the prospect’s commitment to take a meeting with our Account Executives so that they can speak to them about the solutions they provide.

Your role is to continuously produce beginning stage, qualified meetings that convert to the sales pipeline. Once you are up to speed with the process and our solutions you'll then be responsible for running the meetings with potential customers to sign new deals!

Duties of the Business Development Consultant will include:

  • Building canvas lists of prospects
  • Following up warm leads qualified by marketing
  • Building business relationships with prospects
  • Identifying prospects to target
  • Booking qualified meetings
  • Attending meetings with the BD Directors
  • Direct Marketing (calling)
  • Digital Marketing (email & social media)
