Join my client - a leader in integrated services across community-facing assets and infrastructure! In this role, you will assist in the delivery of Total FM focused contracts, maintaining and repairing campus buildings’ electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and repair campus buildings’ electrical and mechanical systems, including building fabric, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct regular safety checks and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to safe systems of work.
  • Complete all preventative planned maintenance checks including fire door, emergency light testing, and communal lighting checks.
  • Undertake building audits to ensure compliance and maintenance standards are met.

If you have:

  • Experience and knowledge in building services and facilities engineering.
  • A full UK driving licence. 
  • Qualifications such as SSSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH (advantageous).
  • Qualifications like C&G 2391 and 18th edition (preferred).
  • Plumbing skills (beneficial).
  • Strong health & safety knowledge.
  • Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
