Job Type:Ā Full-timeLocation:Ā UK-wideSalary: up to Ā£50kĀ per annum (Dependant on exp)

Join my client - a leader in integrated services across community-facing assets and infrastructure! In this role, you will assist in the delivery of Total FM focused contracts, maintaining and repairing campus buildingsā€™ electrical and mechanical systems, and ensuring compliance with safety and maintenance standards.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Maintain and repairĀ campus buildingsā€™ electrical and mechanical systems, including building fabric, minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
  • Conduct regular safety checksĀ and supervise contractors to ensure adherence to safe systems of work.
  • Complete all preventative planned maintenance checksĀ including fire door, emergency light testing, and communal lighting checks.
  • Undertake building auditsĀ to ensure compliance and maintenance standards are met.

If you have:

  • Experience and knowledge in building services and facilities engineering.
  • A full UK driving licence.Ā 
  • Qualifications such as SSSTS, IOSH, or NEBOSH (advantageous).
  • Qualifications like C&G 2391 and 18th edition (preferred).
  • Plumbing skills (beneficial).
  • Strong health & safety knowledge.
  • Resourcefulness, self-motivation, and the ability to work as part of a team.
