Inbound Sales Advisor

We are currently recruiting for a Sales Coordinator to join our client based in Swindon.

The successful candidate will become part of a busy Internal Sales team responsible for the following:

  • Processing all incoming sales orders from stockists and feeders
  • Being first point of contact for sales support enquiries received into the business by telephone and email. Providing an outstanding customer experience in all interactions
  • Managing the return and credit of products in line with our returns policy
  • Resolving invoice queries and disputes
  • Maximising opportunities to upsell
  • Effective relationship management with the external sales team
  • Building relationships with all merchants and installers within a designated sales area

Essential:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Excellent literacy and maths
  • Enthusiastic and motivated individual
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as under your own initiative
  • Computer literate - Excel and Word experience are essential, Sage is preferable
  • Good problem solver
  • Ability to grasp a good level of technical detail
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and a natural flair for delivering an excellent customer experience
  • Must have a minimum of 1 years telesales experience - business to business
