- Building strong customer relationships through professional and engaging conversations.
- Handling objections effectively and providing excellent customer service.
- Recording call outcomes and maintaining an accurate database.
- Working collaboratively within a team to achieve goals.
- Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is essential.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.
