iRecruit4 are hiring for a Customer Service Administrator for our client based in Swindon. Our client are a leading supplier in their industry and have a reputation for delivering high quality products and excellent customer service.

Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:

  • Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Answer all customer calls taking full ownership
  • Deal with Customer complaints
  • Deal with order queries, pricing queries and invoice queries
  • Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business
  • Weekly order report for Head of Operations and CS&S Manager.
  • Managing and using all 3rd party portals and managing customer expectations
  • Ensuring all tasks for all roles being undertaken are completed and covered according to tasks, role requirements and job descriptions.
  • Assist with any short-term work required within the business.
  • Assist Team Leader in meetings when required

Additional Information for theCustomer Service Administrator:

  • Must be computer literate and knowledge of CRM Systems.
  • Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads.

Salary and Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 09.00 - 17.00
  • 30 Minute lunch.
  • 27,000 Per Annum
  • Rising to 27,675 Per Annum once fully trained.
  • Swindon location.
