Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner
- Answer all customer calls taking full ownership
- Deal with Customer complaints
- Deal with order queries, pricing queries and invoice queries
- Liaise with the team to discuss department priorities and workload and support each other to provide the best possible service to the business
- Weekly order report for Head of Operations and CS&S Manager.
- Managing and using all 3rd party portals and managing customer expectations
- Ensuring all tasks for all roles being undertaken are completed and covered according to tasks, role requirements and job descriptions.
- Assist with any short-term work required within the business.
- Assist Team Leader in meetings when required
Additional Information for theCustomer Service Administrator:
- Must be computer literate and knowledge of CRM Systems.
- Previous experience in a process driven and regulated environment
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloads.
Salary and Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 09.00 - 17.00
- 30 Minute lunch.
- 27,000 Per Annum
- Rising to 27,675 Per Annum once fully trained.
- Swindon location.
