We're searching for an exceptional couple to lead our kitchen and front of house at a beloved destination pub near Swindon. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented and passionate pair with a proven track record in the hospitality industry.
Head Chef:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, from menu planning and stock control to dish execution and maintaining hygiene standards.
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently high-quality food.
- Ensure smooth and efficient kitchen processes.
Front of House Manager:
- Provide a warm welcome and exceptional customer service to every guest.
- Manage bookings, table service, and customer inquiries with efficiency and charm.
- Work closely with the Chef to ensure a seamless dining experience.
