The Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you will:

  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Manage an existing portfolio of clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
  • Drive Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting industry-leading products and services.
  • Regional Focus: Cover the Southeast territory, ensuring clients receive hands-on support and expertise.
  • Collaborate: Attend head office meetings  (3–6 times a year) and occasional travel to Ireland to stay aligned with company goals and build relationships with the wider team.
  • Innovate and Problem-Solve: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to drive mutual success.

About You:

  • Sales Savvy: Proven experience in a technical sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Customer-Centric: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

  • Organised and Self-Motivated: Capable of managing your own schedule and territory efficiently.
  • Willing to Travel: Comfortable with regular travel within the Southwest with ccasional visits to Ireland.
