CRM and Data Marketing Manager

Location: Flexible working (3 days in office), Head office based in Swindon

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Email Performance: Be responsible for the overall performance of the email marketing channel, through outreach email activity and nurturing using CRM.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee, build out and manage the execution, and optimisation of Marketing Campaigns across multiple channels through the CRM system.
  • Lead Nurturing: Develop and manage nurturing programs to personalise the prospect journey and drive conversions.
  • Workflow & Form Management: Manage and implement marketing workflows and forms, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Technical Integration: Partner with the Global CRM Team to ensure seamless integration of Marketing tools and platforms.
  • Data Analysis: Collaborate with the Performance Lead to support reporting and data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Management: Oversee data management processes to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and quality in line with UK GDPR. This will include, but not limited to, purchasing, updating and ensuring a clean and reliable database.
  • Quality Management: Establish and enforce data quality standards and best practices to maintain high-quality data across all Marketing activities.
  • Support & Development: Provide ongoing support, training, and guidance to country-specific marketing teams, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall business goals.
  • Share Best Practice: Encourage and facilitate the sharing of CRM and campaign best practices across Global teams to ensure consistency to optimise performance globally.
  • Team Management: Direct management of a team of 1.

 Qualifications:

  • Proficient and advanced in using Hubspot CRM system – familiar with workflows, reporting and integrations.
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing role, with CRM and data management experience. Preferably 5+ years with a Global or multi-country focus – preferably working in a B2B company.
  • Performance driven and commercially focussed, used to working to lead generation targets. The ideal candidate would be action orientated and have a clear understanding of ROI.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across different teams and countries, both face to face and virtually
  • Technical proficiency in Marketing tools and platforms, with the ability to work closely with CRM team.

Email Performance & nurturing

  1. Deliver an agreed target number of leads into the business.
  2. Deliver quality leads that match our target addressable market for telesales channel to convert to opportunities.
  3. Increase conversion rate from prospects to clients by an agreed amount.
  4. Increase lead engagement through affective nurturing and management.

Campaign Management

  1. Campaign ROI: Ensure a minimum ROI for all marketing campaigns.
  2. Campaign Completion Rate: Execute and deliver an agreed number of campaigns for the year.

Data Management

  1. Data Accuracy: Ensure data accuracy.
  2. Database Growth: Increase the database size annually while maintaining data quality.

Quality Management

  1. Data Quality Audits: Conduct quarterly data quality audits with an agreed compliance rate.

Support & Development

  1. CRM Training Sessions: Conduct regular training sessions.
  2. Best practice sharing: Regularly share the feedback to other countries for CRM development.
