Customer Services Manager

Due to continued growth our client based in Swindon is recruiting a Customer Service Manager to Head up their Customer Services team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a company renowned for its commitment to quality and exceptional service. In this varied role, no two days will be the same. You will collaborate closely with the Production and Sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction through effective management of the Account Managers.

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Building strong working relationships with the diverse client base, supporting their growth.
  • Raise complex orders for production via the MIS platform.
  • Lead the talented team of Account Managers with ongoing support and training.
  • Ensure all customer service processes support company and customer success.
  • Engage in conflict resolution and negotiation to effectively manage customer complaints and escalations.
  • Provide prompt assistance to your team for any escalations.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order dispatch.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of company policies and procedures to address issues such as returns, quality concerns, and delivery challenges.
