OVERALL DESCRIPTION
International Business Development Manager to promote the Metric products indirectly via international distributors within Europe and also directly with key accounts
MAIN DUTIES
- The Account management of all distributors / customers within the territory.
- Create, develop and close business leads to achieve annual sales targets.
- Preparing quotations and supporting international distributors in tender preparation.
- Seek out new business leads using own initiative.
- Provide professional presentations of hardware and software products.
- Attend International exhibitions as and when required.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service within the company.
- Utilise CRM, keeping accurate and professional records for customers within the territory.
PERSON SPEC
- Previous experience in a sales environment and a can do / proactive attitude
- Experience in dealing with international customers
- Experience of managing intern stakeholders
- Able to work on own initiative within a sales team (good self-management)
- Experience of CRM systems
- Able and willing to travel as and when required
- Ability to work under pressure and to prioritise issues
- IT literate including excellent knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication skills at all levels.
