  • Basic Salary: £25,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission
  • Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM until 6:00 PM; Every other weekend Saturday 9:00 AM-6:00 PM and Sunday 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Every 5th Friday will be 11am - 8:00pm shift.

Join our dynamic team as a Sales Executive, where you will be responsible for converting and generating sales from new and existing customers against personal and company revenue targets.

This role is ideal for someone who is highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service by building strong rapport and selling solutions that best fit the customers’ needs and wants.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Effective handling of all sales-related customer interactions via calls, live chats, emails, and social media, ensuring at least 80% of your time is spent on direct sales activities.
  • Convert customer contacts into sales against revenue targets through both inbound and outbound activities.
  • Work proactively with peers and the Sales Manager to consistently analyse and improve overall sales effectiveness against targets.
  • Maximise profit per order by cross-selling/upselling at every opportunity without diminishing the overall customer experience.
  • Assist in sales administration and customer services as situations dictate.
  • Utilise company systems and processes effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with products and competitors, sharing this knowledge with the team.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in a sales-orientated environment.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent and positive communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Commercially astute with good numeracy skills and an analytical approach to improving sales outcomes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 products.
  • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change.
  • Good organisation and planning skills.
