Our Swindon-based client is looking for a Sales Executive, to drive revenue, build relationships with new and existing customers and ensure exceptional customer service,   

This role is based in the office full-time and offers a salary of c£24,000 per annum, along with uncapped commission and excellent earning potential! You will be required to work 2 weekends per month.

In the role of Sales Executive, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Converting customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) into sales to meet revenue targets.
  • Proactively analysing and improving sales performance in collaboration with the Sales Manager.
  • Maximising profits through cross-selling and upselling while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Staying up to date with product knowledge and competitor offerings, and sharing insights with the team.

We’d love to hear from you if you have following:

  • Proven track record in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both internally and externally.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with a desire to excel in sales.
  • Adaptable, with good IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft 365 products.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you’ll use various channels, including phone, video calls, and live chats, to engage customers and close sales. Your ability to build rapport and identify customer needs will be essential in meeting both personal and company targets. Collaboration with the Sales Manager and the rest of the team will enable you to continuously enhance your sales techniques. With a strong customer focus, you’ll have the chance to make a real impact on revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
