Working with an exciting and growing team to help increase revenue and customer retention.   The role will be a mixture of securing new customers and increasing sales revenue with existing customers.   As well as helping maintain excellent customer relationships and increase brand awareness and the reputation of the company, their products and services, including exception levels of industry expertise and customer support. Candidates will need to be tenacious and resourceful to bring on new business and self-motivated, as well as closing incoming enquiries. We are looking for someone who demonstrates real passion and charisma when engaging with customers.  Also, someone who can effectively demonstrate the many aspects of our software to highlight its key features and benefits in line with the customer’s overall objectives. Duties/Responsibilities

You will either have sales experience or exceptional customer service experience

Comfortable with new software

Experience in the transport industry is desirable but not essential

Ambitious and keen to learn

  • Proactively source and securing new customers and new business.
  • Carry out effective demonstrations of our software with potential or existing customers
  • Upsell other modules to existing customers.
  • Follow up incoming sales leads.
  • Account management calls with existing customers
  • Help to reactivate lost or dormant accounts.
  • Keep up to date with industry developments and competitor activity.
  • Accurately record and update CRM system with all relevant activity and communications.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and directives.
