Our client is seeking a team-focused Sales Manager to support, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Executives and/or Account Managers in achieving business objectives. Leading by example, you’ll play a pivotal role motivating and leading the team to success, and helping businesses across the UK to enhance brand visibility.

Offering a base salary of up to £40,000 pa, uncapped commission (OTB £15,000) and fantastic career development opportunities, you’ll be joining a supportive team, working together to achieve business objectives and contribute to our clients continued success.

In the role of Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Motivating and leading a team of Sales Executives and/or Account Managers.
  • Providing clarity to the team on performance to ensure they can achieve KPIs.
  • Handling challenges head on and decisively.
  • Conducting sales activity and leading by example.
  • Outlining the overall business strategy and allocating actionable priorities.

We’d love to hear from you if you have the following:

  • Previous B2B sales experience.
  • Clear understanding and experience in motivating and leading a team of sales professionals.
  • Knowledgeable and interested in digital media and/or advertising services.
  • Ability to predict, understand, and react quickly to market threats and opportunities.
  • Creative and original thinking in problem-solving.

The Role:

As a Sales Manager, you’ll play an integral role in leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Executives and/or Account Managers. Providing clear and actionable priorities, you’ll take a holistic approach to leadership, not focusing solely on KPI’s, but identifying areas of training and development required for the team and individuals to succeed.

Leading by example, you will conduct sales activity as required, accounting for approximately 20% of your role. Gowing through a period of growth and customer acquisition, this is a fantastic time to be joining the business and to continue developing the Sales Team.
