Your Role and Impact

You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Door Canvass Manager, oversee a large sales team, collaborate with the sales desk, and partner with directors to propel the business forward. This is a hands-on position where your leadership will shape our growth across both brands.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment where quick decisions are key, but we also value someone with the conviction to stand by their choices while adapting to bring out the best in their team in creative ways.

  • Leadership Skills: Ability to motivate and manage a varied sales team.
  • Industry Insight: An understanding of the home improvement sector is preferred but not - training will be provided.
  • People Skills: Comfortable engaging with a lively team, with the wisdom to assess personalities before diving in.
  • Practical Requirements: Based between Swindon and Frome, with a valid driver’s licence and access to a car.
