Sales Support ManagerLocation: Shrivenham (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

We’re looking for an experienced Sales Support Manager to lead and develop a sales/customer support team, ensuring exceptional service for both internal and external stakeholders. This role is key to improving systems, processes, and fostering collaboration across teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coach the customer support team.
  • Improve sales support processes.
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Track performance, produce reports, and respond to customer queries when needed.
  • Support internal audits and quality procedures.
  • Monitor customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in sales support, customer operations or a similar role.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • exprience within manufacturing, engineering, production industry is advanteageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
