Are you a skilled Land & Measured Building Surveyor with a passion for historic properties? In this role, youll specialise in detailed topographical, laser, and measured building surveys, primarily for heritage and prestige projects, while also applying your expertise to occasional setting-out tasks in traditional construction environments.


As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for the accurate collection and seamless integration of survey data, overseeing projects from initiation through to post-process work. Your role includes managing client relationships with care and professionalism, attending sites with sensitivity to historic value, and representing the company as a courteous and knowledgeable ambassador.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years UK-based surveying experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard equipment and software, including Leica TS13/15 & MS60, AutoCAD, LSS, and Cyclone.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • RICS accreditation (or working towards it) or equivalent qualifications are advantageous.
