Elevate Projects is seeking an experienced Planned Maintenance Surveyor to join their Technical team in partnership with a local affordable housing provider.
The role involves ensuring Planned Investment programmes are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
Responsibilities include managing specifications, maintaining regular contractor communication, conducting quality inspections, and overseeing client-side contract management.
The position requires a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.

You will ensure Planned Investment programmes are completed to agreed timescales, budgets and quality standards, using specifications, regular contractor contact, quality inspections client side contract management to achieve results and provide first class homes for tenants.
