iRecruit4 is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Administrator to join a busy team in Swindon. You will manage customer interactions and ensure smooth operational processes, with the potential for permanent employment and excellent benefits. This is working in a busy and fast paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Manage the Home Delivery inboxes, answer calls, resolve queries, and handle complaints.
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Liaise with Warehouse, Finance, Commercial, and Customer Support teams to provide a high level of service.
  • Order Management: Address order, pricing, and invoice queries while ensuring VAT prescription process compliance.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update patient records and onboard new customers.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with reporting, KPI preparation, and provide admin support across departments.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor and analyse monthly KPIs and SLAs, recommending process improvements.
  • Training & Leadership: Provide coaching for colleagues and deputize for the Team Leader when needed.

Profile:

  • Essential: Strong communication skills, teamwork, self-motivation, and the ability to adapt to change. Proven experience in customer service and managing workloads.
  • Desirable: Experience in CRM systems, familiarity with the healthcare sector, and a process-driven background.
