M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a CSI Executive to join one of our clients based on the outskirts of Swindon.
Reporting to the SeniorContracting Manager, the responsibilities of the role include:
- To update and support the CSI System in a timely manner
- Build cluster itineraries in the back office system
- Responsible for the input of group allocations
- Loading of contracted allocation including Hotels/Events/Transfer and groups
- Building of all CSI packages prior to the package going on sale
- Ensuring the booking process is clear for all departments
- Frequent audits of elements loaded to CSI to ensure information is accurate
- Assisting sales and admin with any booking/loading issues
Experience required:
- Eye for accuracy and detail
- Willingness to help
- Drive to learn and develop
Desirable experience:
- Knowledge on Itour
- A keen interest in travel or travel industry experience
