Change Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting a Customer Success Specialist / Account Manager and sales professional for a market leading electro-mechanical component business.Working from their Swindon office (2 days working from home after probation) you will be responsible for nurturing and growing circa 100 customer accounts. You are responsible for chasing up leads and orders with these clients and building relationships that generate commercial insights and highlight growth opportunities. This role is all about B2B client relationship development and needs someone who relishes this interaction.Some duties include:

  • Exceed months targets in sales, margins and quote conversion
  • Proactively develop circa 100 existing customer accounts
  • Analyse and manage your pipeline daily to maximize your effectiveness
  • Provided a pro-active and consultative approach for customers on their choice of products and added value services
  • Maximize supply chain opportunities to benefit customers and margins
  • Provide technical support to customers
  • Maintaining customer records in the CRM, including communication visit reports, pipeline developments, price lists and terms of trading

The ideal candidate will come from a technical Account Management background, used to selling technical products. You will also have a strong commercial acumen and be confident negotiating and working with numbers for pricing.In return this role offers a highly competitive salary and commission package alongside 25 days holiday and other excellent benefits.
