Join a market leader in the electronics industry, renowned for innovation and excellence. We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to join our client's dynamic team on a full-time, permanent basis in Swindon, Wiltshire.

As a key player in the organisation, you will focus on optimising internal sales processes, with a keen eye on margins, structure, and profitability. Your strategic approach will be essential in resourcing and allocating resources, improving commission rates, and ensuring continued success.

With a background in electronics, you will be entrusted with managing customer service, internal sales, and overseeing the entire sales order process, from quotes to purchase orders. Your expertise in commercial management, coupled with an interest in the intricacies of business operations, will make you an invaluable asset to the team.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and manage customer service, quotations, and logistics across multiple locations.
  • Demonstrate your proven experience in service contracts and performance management.
  • Bring a solid understanding of logistic distribution, with the ability to manage projects' financial aspects.
  • Support our sales team in crafting compelling bids that secure new business.

Your exceptional negotiation skills, combined with your commercial awareness, will drive success. A background in PCB is advantageous.
