Sales Manager required for a Modular Construction business who are expanding their Healthcare Division

This will be home based with an area coverage of the Midlands to the South of the UK

You will have experience of selling into healthcare providers, NHS trusts and other relevant markets offering Modular built healthcare facilities on a rental and/or managed service basis.

Background preference

  • Sales person with proven contacts within the healthcare or construction sector and a strong understanding of rental agreements.
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with key decision makers
  • Strong understanding of health care infrastructure needs.
  • Understanding of Technical Solutions involved in Modular Buildings for long term rental
