Midlands regional contractor are looking for Site Manager for 2 weeks holiday cover on a pub fitout/refurbishment. Reporting to the visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for the daily supervision and health & safety for all subcontractor trades/labour packages, also must have a good eye for deal as works involved will be delivered to a high spec due to the nature of the client.
Previous experience working on pub refurbs would be a distinct advantage but ideal candidate will have a track record working on fitout/refurb projects and have worked their way up from a joinery trades background, must have a minimum of SMSTS and First Aid certificates
