This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at leading by example, and can maintain effective communication under pressure.
Duties of the Team Leader:
- Organiselead, and motivate a small team to meet targets and deadlines.
- Participate in warehouse operations, including unloading deliveries, picking, and packing orders to support the team during peak times.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy of inventory management and order fulfilment processes.
- Operate a Bendi forklift (or similar) as required
- Using Warehouse Management system.
- Checking on maintenance of equipment, such as FLT's.
Key Requirements for the Team Leader:
- Proven experience in a similar Team Leader within a warehouse or fulfilment centre.
- Hands-on approach to leadership with the ability to lead by example.
- Valid Bendi Forklift license (or willingness to obtain one).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Additional Information:
- Monday to Friday
- 13.50 Per Hour
- Temporary to Permanent position available.
- 08.00 - 17.00
- 3 - 4 Saturdays per year, when in peak period.
