This is not a stuffy corporate firm, it's an exciting team, everyone gets on, it's a friendly atmosphere, a close knit team. 

 The role is for someone to come in on a permanent basis. There's a couple of junior staff there but you wouldn't have to manage them or their performance, one of the directors who is on the Litigation side manages their performance - but you can progress - all the directors have started as fee earners within the firm and moved up.Swindon is a high street location where they get a lot of walk-ins, this firm doesn't  need to buy in work or use referrers, which allows them to keep the rates competitive. 

Current size of caseload is between 60 and 80 but always stays at a consistent level.

It's the usual mix of sales and purchase freehold and leasehold matters, shared ownership, remortgaging and a smattering of commercial work, using modern case management systems.

You'll be supported by legal assistants.

 They get lots of walk ins. Many of the properties around Swindon are mi-range in terms of value side but they get higher net worth properties from the Cotswolds so an interesting caseload awaits, which remains steady through word of mouth recommendations as a result of high quality service. The firm area  multi-service law firm, the work coming in is split from Family, Conveyancing, Civil Litigation and Private Client.The firm has a high street location. No on site parking but arrangements in place to rent car parking spaces if need be.Salary is competitive based upon previous experience. There's a discretionary bonus at christmas time based on the firms' performance.Wiltshire and the Cotswolds is a fantastic place to live and work.
