Large Financial Services company in the Swindon require a Project Manager to work on a regulatory Project.

The role is working on the client's Consumer Duty Project - and you will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and delivery of the set of Annual Consumer Duty Board Reports ('Prin12 reports'), ensuring full compliance with FCA's Consumer Duty regulations in relation to annual Board reporting. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, compliance teams, risk management, and operational stakeholders to assess, document, and report on customer outcomes. The successful candidate will ensure that all reporting requirements are met.

* Strong experience in Project Management, preferably within financial services or a regulated environment.
* Proven track record of delivering regulatory reporting projects or compliance-related initiatives.
* Deep understanding of FCA Consumer Duty and its reporting implications to firms.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels.
Additional skills:
* Strong governance, risk management, and process improvement skills.
* Experience working with compliance, risk, and legal teams.
* Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Hybrid working with 2 days per week in their flagship offices.

Inside IR35 via Umbrella service.
