Immediate requirement for an Interim Manager to oversee a small number of small supported living properties for adults for learning disabilities in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Applicants are welcomed from experienced managers who have worked in either residential or supported living services, with knowlede of supporting adults with complex care needs (learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities etc)able to hit theground running, troubleshoot,and motivate the staff team.
This is likely to be offered on a rolling monthly basis and an immediate start will be required. Daily rate at market ratesis available or pro-rata salaried to be discussed.
