LOCATION: Swindon - Hybrid working

PACKAGE: £15 - £25 per hour

WAY OF WORKING: Hybrid working from the Swindon office.

My client are a family run business with a global presence and a strong UK entity.

THE OPPORTUNITY:

My client are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Credit Controller to manage key financial processes and support their growing client base. This role is essential to maintaining smooth financial operations, optimising cash flow, and fostering strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The successful candidate will possess strong analytical skills, expertise in financial systems and a commitment to upholding the high standards of service my client is known for.

Key accountabilities:

Reconciliations and Financial Accuracy
Client Onboarding and Offboarding Support
Contract and Fee Adjustments
Month-End Income Reconciliation
Debt Management and Credit Control
Customer Relationship Management
Shared Inbox Management
Process Improvement and Collaboration

Ad-Hoc Support

Key Skills required:

Financial Expertise: Proficiency in accounting software, and experience in financial reconciliation.
Excel Skills: Intermediate-level Excel proficiency for data analysis and reporting.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical skills to assess reconciliations and historical debts.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for liaising with clients and internal stakeholders.
Organization: Strong time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Customer-Focused: Ability to build positive relationships and deliver exceptional service to clients.

Desirable

Previous experience in revenue and credit control, with a strong understanding of financial management processes.
Demonstrated success in accounts receivable and adherence to financial policies.
