About the role

As a Client Advisor in our Client Services team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and suppliers. Your primary responsibility will be managing incoming and outgoing communication, ensuring all queries are resolved efficiently and with care.

From handling client enquiries through various channels (phone, email, etc.) to completing tasks using our organisation's software, your focus will be on delivering exceptional service that aligns with our KPIs and company standards.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of customer issues, working proactively to resolve them and contributing to a smooth-running department. You’ll participate in team meetings, help manage complaints in line with our established procedures, and work closely with colleagues to meet departmental goals.

About You

To succeed, you’ll need a strong understanding of the importance of customer service, excellent computer skills (including proficiency in Microsoft Office), and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Clear communication is key, and you’ll need to feel confident engaging with both internal and external contacts. You’ll be someone who can work independently, with keen attention to detail, and the flexibility to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.
