Our client is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team on the outskirts of Swindon.
Job Role
- Booking appointments for customers.
- Ensuring company policies & procedures are always adhered to
- Professionally deal with inbound calls from prospective customers
- Meeting and exceeding individual KPI's
- Listening to customer requirements and updating records accurately.
- Keeping up to date with market trends and industry standards, identifying new booking opportunities and leads
Specifications
- Clear and concise with strong communication due to the nature of the role
- Previous experience within a commercial environment
- Excellent telephone manner
