Customer Service Advisor

Swindon

£30-35k OTE p.a

Our client, a prestigious automotive dealership has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Keep the customer updated at each stage of the repair journey.
  • Complete paperwork and ensure prices and delivery dates are accurate.
  • Understand the Bodyshop offering, to be able to advise customers and reassure them at each stage of the process.
  • Help ensure that a customer has a positive experience while their car is with us.
  • Working to high standards suitable for brands such as Ferrari, Porsche, BMW and the other brands Dick Lovett Group represent.

Key skills/experience:

  • Experience in a customer service role, if you can confidently interact with customers, we can teach you everything you need to know!
  • Computer literate
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to work well within a team
