DAY TO DAY:

  • Handle incoming calls, resolve customer concerns and perform occasional administrative tasks
  • Identify customer needs over the phone and make recommendations
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Proactively follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • Any exposure to sales experience
  • Excellent verbal communication, active listening skills, strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in basic IT systems, including customer databases, email, and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales
  • High levels of organisation and attention to detail.
  • Resilience and the ability to handle rejection in a professional manner.
  • Adhoc availibility to work a Saturday morning
