Our clients include builders, civil engineers, and builders’ merchants, among others. We pride ourselves on our strong repeat business, thanks to our commitment to excellent customer service and quality products.No cold calling is involved in this role - You will be speaking with existing clients.
- Handle enquiries via telephone and email efficiently and professionally.
- Generate and process sales and purchase orders using our bespoke in-house system.
- Coordinate with the warehouse to ensure timely picking and dispatching of orders.
- Proactively update customers on the status of their orders.
- Reach out to customers to offer delivery of stock when we have shipments in their local area.
- Collaborate closely with team members, providing support and working together to meet business goals.
