Our client, the UK's leading supplier of vehicle hard top canopies, tonneau covers and accessories, is currently looking to recruit a Sales Support/Customer Aftercare Executive to join their family-run business in Swindon Reporting to the Business Owner and working as part of our client's sales team, your responsibilities will include:

Meeting and greeting customers via pre-arranged appointments.
Upselling products/services.
Offering technical support to customers.
Processing warranty claims.
Manage customer complaints.
Assisting the sales team to ensure the smooth running of the business.

In order to be eligible you will have strong communication and negotiation skills, an eye for detail, a positive attitude, a problem solver, be self-motivated, and have a full UK driving licence with minimal points. You will also need to have a good practical understanding of automotive vehicles and any previous experience working in the motor industry in a customer service/sales-orientated role would be highly desirable.
