Royal Wootton Bassett - Office based

**Shift Patterns**:
Flexible shifts on a rota from 8:45 AM to 8 PM, including weekends.

The Role


With a commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences, we seek talented Sales Advisors to convert incoming calls into bookings. If you excel in customer interaction and possess a strong sales mindset, this role is tailor-made for you!


- Engage with customers on incoming calls, understanding their needs while building strong relationships.
- Provide tailored cruise and land holiday solutions with your expertise.
- Create meaningful customer engagement, adeptly pitching and closing sales.
- Present alternative options to meet diverse customer requirements.
- Consistently meet or exceed company KPIs and sales goals.
- Quickly and accurately calculate costs, providing customers with timely quotations.
- Complete booking processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate energetically within a high-performing team of approximately 30 sales advisors.
- Foster communication with other departments to enhance product knowledge.
