We are currently recruiting for a Collections/Credit Control Co-Ordinator for a well-established forward-thinking client in the Swindon area, this is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking to work within a large multi-national organisation. Joining best practice procedures and your natural customer service skills, you will build and develop relationships with customers, internal stakeholders and suppliers whilst undertaking collections.Main Duties:

  • Understanding of Forbearance tools such as payment arrangements and how to appropriately apply for vulnerable customers
  • Managing vulnerable customers and providing good customer outcomes
  • Computer literacy skills, including and not limited to Microsoft Office packages, especially Outlook and Excel
  • Resolving queries and handling customer complaints
  • Making outbound calls
  • Follow outbound call strategies, and clearly recording key detail, following data protection guidance and security checks
  • The ability to handle ever changing workloads and the ability to priorities.
  • Accurate and attention to deal when inputting date into the system.
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Experience of working with sales ledgers plus reconciliation skills
  • Previous Collections/Credit Control experience within a Retail environment, which includes Regulated and Unregulated customers.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service and/or credit control experience and you will need to possess excellent communication skills and have a good knowledge of MS Excel.
