# Project Manager
## OverviewWe are seeking a highly competent Project Manager with experience in the fire and security industry to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget while maintaining exceptional quality standards. This role will be based in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and involves a mix of office-based work and travel to project sites.
## Responsibilities- Manage and oversee fire and security projects.- Ensure projects are completed within agreed timelines and budgets.- Collaborate with and lead the installation team.- Manage subcontract labor as needed.- Conduct site visits and provide hands-on support when necessary.- Maintain compliance with industry regulations and standards.- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
## Qualifications- Proven experience in project management within the fire and security sector.- Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and standards.- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.- Willingness to work from Chippenham and travel to project sites.- Valid driving license.
## Day-to-day- Work closely with the installation team to ensure projects are on track and within budget.- Conduct site visits and provide support as necessary.- Collaborate with subcontractors to ensure timely project completion.- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide progress updates.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
**Role Benefits**- Base salary of between £40 - £50K PA DOE.- Vehicle allowance of £4800 per annum.- Training & Development courses.- 20 days holiday rising to 25 (1 day per years’ service) **Potentially negotiable for the right person.- Equipment including laptop and mobile phone.- Company credit card.
