Job Title: Evening Cleaner
Location: Medical Unit, in SN1 2EH
Hours:Â 2 hours per day, every evening (Monday through to Sunday)
Pay: £11.50 per hour
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Evening Cleaner to join our team at the medical unit. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment for our patients, staff, and visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize patient rooms, waiting areas, and common spaces
- Disinfect surfaces, including countertops, door handles, and medical equipment
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors
- Empty and dispose of trash and medical waste
- Replenish supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, especially in a medical or healthcare setting
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Good communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
