As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding students and providing essential support to help them thrive both academically and emotionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide behavioural support to students in need, both one-on-one and in groups
- Collaborate with teaching staff to implement strategies aimed at improving student behaviour and engagement
- Offer positive reinforcement, guidance, and motivation to students
- Track student progress, adapt support as needed, and provide feedback to teachers and parents
- Create a safe and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal growth
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication skills to engage with students, staff, and parents
- Patience and empathy, essential qualities for working with students facing behavioural challenges
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting students
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and provide constructive support
- Previous experience in a mentoring or support role (desirable but not essential)
