What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting the learning and development of a named KS1 pupil in small group settings.
- Helping to build the child’s self-esteem, inclusion, and behavioral development.
- Collaborating closely with the SENCo and teaching staff to provide tailored support.
- Assisting with classroom activities to help meet learning objectives.
- Providing creative, engaging, and nurturing guidance to inspire the child’s progress.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Ideally have prior experience in a primary school setting.
- Bring patience, organization, and adaptability to your role.
- Show creativity and enthusiasm to inspire and motivate young learners.
- Hold a minimum of a Grade C in GCSE English and Mathematics.
