What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting teachers in delivering engaging lessons that inspire learning across all subjects
  • Providing individualized support to students, helping each child reach their potential
  • Contributing to classroom organization, including setting up stimulating displays and resources
  • Assisting in assessing and documenting student progress and development
  • Supporting children during lunchtime and accompanying students on school trips
  • Maintaining a nurturing, inclusive environment for every learner

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Confident and skilled in supporting primary-age children’s learning and growth
  • Equipped with strong communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality and safeguarding
  • Experienced in using relevant educational technology and resources
  • Positive, flexible, and committed to fostering well-being and self-esteem in students
