In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in creating a nurturing, engaging, and inspiring learning environment, helping children build confidence and thrive both academically and socially.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting children in a Reception class, helping them engage with learning and social activities.
- Assisting students who need additional help during lessons and playtimes.
- Encouraging positive behavior and fostering an inclusive, nurturing atmosphere.
- Working closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning experiences.
- Helping to maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
