Hays are working with a number of nurseries in the Swindon and surrounding area who are looking for Nursery Practitioners on both a full-time and part-time basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Providing a safe and stimulating environment for children to learn and play.

* Planning and delivering age-appropriate activities in line with our unique curriculum "Where Children Shine"

* Monitoring and recording children's progress and development.

* Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.

* Ensuring a high standard of hygiene and cleanliness within the nursery.

* Following all policies and procedures to maintain a safe and compliant setting.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

* Experience working with children in an SEN setting.* A genuine passion for working with children and promoting their development.* Strong communication and teamwork skills.* Ability to provide a nurturing and caring environment for children.* Knowledge of health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.
