What You’ll Be Doing

  • Encouraging students to engage in learning activities and build confidence in their abilities.
  • Supporting teachers in lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organization.
  • Providing one-on-one and small-group support for students, including those with special educational needs.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of learning plans tailored to individual pupils.
  • Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described.
  • Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both students and staff.
  • Adaptable, patient, and able to support children with diverse learning needs.
  • Comfortable using ICT to enhance learning and assist in lesson delivery.
