This school is looking for a candidate to start ASAP, working on a full-time basis on a permanent contract.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Encouraging students to engage in learning activities and build confidence in their abilities.
- Supporting teachers in lesson preparation, classroom management, and resource organization.
- Providing one-on-one and small-group support for students, including those with special educational needs.
- Assisting in the development and implementation of learning plans tailored to individual pupils.
- Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all children can succeed.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Passionate about working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with both students and staff.
- Adaptable, patient, and able to support children with diverse learning needs.
- Comfortable using ICT to enhance learning and assist in lesson delivery.
