Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the class teacher to deliver engaging, creative, and interactive lessons as a Teaching Assistant.
- Provide tailored support to individual students and small groups as a Teaching Assistant, helping them to overcome learning challenges.
- Foster a positive, inclusive classroom environment as a Teaching Assistant, where all students feel valued and supported.
- Adapt your approach to meet the diverse needs of students, ensuring each one can reach their full potential as a Teaching Assistant.
- Assist with classroom organisation, student management, and occasional administrative tasks as a Teaching Assistant.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain concepts in a simple, clear, and engaging way as a Teaching Assistant.
