You’ll work closely with children with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting students with ASD and SEMH to access their learning and develop life skills.
- Providing individualized and small group support, fostering inclusion and self-esteem.
- Adapting plans and strategies to meet students' unique needs.
- Performing midday duties to ensure students are cared for during lunch breaks.
- Helping maintain a nurturing, consistent, and engaging learning environment.
