Teaching Assistant (Part-Time) / Learning Support Assistant (ASD & SEMH) - SN5

My client, a highly regarded Wiltshire primary school, is looking for a Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team. You’ll work closely with children with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. This role also includes midday lunchtime duties, giving you a varied and rewarding opportunity to truly impact young lives.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting students with ASD and SEMH to access their learning and develop life skills.
  • Providing individualized and small group support, fostering inclusion and self-esteem.
  • Adapting plans and strategies to meet students' unique needs.
  • Performing midday duties to ensure students are cared for during lunch breaks.
  • Helping maintain a nurturing, consistent, and engaging learning environment.
